The rate is decided after the run, from what actually came out of it. We hold the standard rate when you submit and charge the lower one if the run falls back — never the other way around. A run that fails outright is not billed at all.

What a credit-minute actually buys

This is the pipeline every billed minute runs through. None of it is a transcript summary.

    A full-pass visual scan

    The whole video goes through a vision model with the audio track attached. Out comes a scene table, the key moments, and a list of windows that look worth a second pass.

  2. 02

    Audio read as signal, not speech

    Onset detection and scene-cut analysis run on the waveform itself, so impacts, cuts and silences get timestamps even when nobody says a word.

  3. 03

    The drill loop

    For each suspicious window the agent goes back into the video at full resolution, extracts the exact frames, and answers one specific question about them.

  4. 04

    Evidence frames, annotated

    Findings arrive attached to the frame they came from, boxed in amber, at a frame-accurate timecode. Every millisecond in the report traces back to a real frame or a real audio onset.

    A report page that stays put

    The result is a persistent page with a share link — not a chat reply that scrolls away the moment you close the tab.

Questions about credits

Do credits expire?
One-time pack credits stay valid for 365 days. Monthly credits expire at the end of that billing period; annual credits expire at the end of the annual period. Signup credits do not expire at all.
What if an analysis fails?
You are not charged. Credits are held while a run is in flight and only spent once the run completes. A run that fails releases the hold.
Why would a run cost less than I expected?
Because it delivered less. If we could not get the frames — the source could not be downloaded, or every drill came back empty — you get the scan-layer findings and pay the scan-only rate instead of the standard one. The report says so on its face.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Pay-as-you-go packs remain available. Monthly and yearly plans are optional and renew automatically until you cancel them from Billing.
